(A) The term “IMCC” shall refer to IMC Careers Limited. The term “Consumer” shall refer to Users of the Website, Sponsors and Buyers.
(B) Images and footage provided by the Consumer are accepted upon the representation that the Consumer and its agency have the right to use the contents thereof. In condition of such production, the Consumer and its agency agree to indemnify IMCC against any loss or expense by reason of any claims arising out of its publication.
(C) All orders for sponsorships are accepted subject to the provisions of IMCC’s current price.
(D) An instruction in writing or by email shall be construed by IMCC to be an order. All payments must be received on signature of the order.
(E) All contents including text, images and footage are subject to IMCC’s approval.
(F) IMCC shall not be liable for any responses including: job applications, false statements, marketing results/analytics. IMCC is also not liable for any cost or damages relating to internet communications and legal disputes.
(H) IMCC is not liable for delays in delivery in the event of any condition occurring beyond the control of IMCC affecting production or delivery in any manner.
(H) IMCC shall have the right to hold the Consumer and/or its agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable for services which the Consumer or its agency ordered.
(I) In the event of a cancellation of sponsorship or other services there will be no refund or transfer of entitlement.
(J) Terms and conditions may change according to market conditions. Please check back to this web-page (https://imccareers.org/terms/) regularly for such changes and for our most up-to-date and full terms and conditions.
(K) If full payment is not made on the due date then we will charge interest at an annual percentage of 8%.
(L) IMCC has the right to suspend performance of its obligations under this contract if it reasonably believes that the Consumer will not make payment in accordance with paragraph (K).
(M) No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on IMCC unless specifically agreed in writing.
